Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In original condition

• Returned with original packaging

Due to the delicate nature of pearls, we cannot accept returns on items that show any signs of wear.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

Exchanges

Due to the limited and handmade nature of our pieces, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
